Certificates and CPD updates will be processed within 3 -5 working days after the event.
- 1 year complimentary membership will be provided for attendees, membership will be processed and activate approximately 1-2 weeks after the event.

Eligibility & Attendance
- Full attendance is required to be eligible for CPD credit(s). Participants must sign in at the start and sign out at the end of the eventsession.
CPD Credits Awarded
- A total of 6 CPD credits will be awarded: 4 under Professional Competency and 2 under Generic Competency.
- CPD credits will be submitted to CEA within 3 to 5 working days after the event.
- E-certificates will be emailed to participants who have fulfilled the attendance requirements.
Registration & Payment
- All registrations must be completed via the official registration portal.
- Fees (if applicable) are payable in full at the point of registration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refund will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
- In the event of illness or valid emergencies, participants may request to transfer to another CPD session (subject to availability), with supporting documentation.
Programme Changes
- SEAA reserves the right to amend the event program, speaker lineup, or venue without prior notice.
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation by SEAA, a full refund or credit transfer option will be provided.
Personal Data Protection
- By registering, participants consent to SEAA collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for event administration and CPD submission purposes.
- Photos or videos taken during the seminar may be used by SEAA for publicity and marketing purposes.
Others
- Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each session.
- Latecomers may be denied entry and, or may not be eligible for CPD credits.
