CCLMS is an official and trusted learning platform used to administer training and development programmes for the community care sector. The platform has also been made available to members of the public since June 2026, enabling wider access to selected learning programmes.

If you would like to start a course, please proceed to create a learner’s account and follow the instructions provided to access the learning content. As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we will be implementing system enhancements to enable users to verify their personal details via Myinfo when logging into CCLMS.

To facilitate the deployment, there will be a scheduled system downtime from 13 July 2026 (Mon) from 19.00 hours until 23.00 hours.

During this period, users will not be able to access CCLMS. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Following the deployment, we will share further details with LMS Administrators on the enhancements that have been implemented.
