This course equips participants with the knowledge and abilities to proactively prevent workplace violence through effective assessment and feedback strategies. Participants will also be trained to recognize and respond to workplace violence incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Through real-world scenarios, role plays, and a community of practice, participants will develop competencies to foster a safer and more respectful work environment.

Request of Withdrawal of Courses

  • For withdrawal of course, a written notice must be submitted and received by Parkway College 14 days before course commencement.
  • There is a penalty fee for cancellation:
    • 50% of the course fee if a withdrawal letter is received less than 14 days before the course commences.
    • 100% of the course fee if a withdrawal letter is received on or after the course commences or no show.
