Gain in-depth knowledge of HDB resale flat leasing transactions, including subletting approval eligibility and the application process.
Enhance salespersons’ confidence in guiding clients through HDB leasing procedures with a structured step-by-step approach.
Training includes real-life case studies, hands-on scenarios, and subject matter expert insights from an experienced trainer, ensuring practical understanding and effective problem-solving in complex cases.
Course Objective(s)
At the end of the course, participants will be able to: –
- Eligibility procedures and relevant documents required in leasing process of HDB flats. (Updated Jan 2024)
- Case studies relating to leasing transactions. Possible solutions to assist HDB clients.
- Identify possible pitfalls and avoid making errors.
- Understand CEA Circular update March 2021 on Leasing Transactions and Cases involving rental of HDB Flats.
About the Trainer
Ivy Eyu
Ivy has been a seasoned and well-known real estate agent since 1996. An accomplished, dynamic, and client-driven professional, Ivy consistently goes the extra mile for her clients. Her extensive experience spans residential properties, with a particular expertise in handling unique HDB cases involving divorce, bankruptcy, and the death of ownership scenarios. Ivy’s exceptional ability to analyze and provide tailored real estate solutions has earned her the respect of both her clients and fellow agents.
In addition to her role as a full-time real estate consultant, Ivy has served as a company trainer since 2013. Her interactive case studies offer enriching learning experiences for all participants. Ivy is an ACTA-certified trainer and the developer of various CPD programs for OrangeTee & Tie Pte Ltd. She has been recognized as OrangeTee’s Outstanding Trainer for consecutive years since 2013.
In 2017, Ivy completed a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), focusing on developing adult learning programs for real estate agents in CPD programs. Furthering her expertise, she pursued estate planning studies, earning her AEPP certification in 2020. Ivy’s dedication and commitment to excellence were acknowledged with her recent promotion to OrangeTee Principal Trainer in 2022.
