Course (Face to Face)
Workplace Learning Blueprint Development
This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge to design structured on-the-job (OJT) blueprints for the workplace. The course covers topics such as the components of an OJT blueprint, techniques to identify the scope of work, concepts to design assessment criteria and the process to impart skills via on-the-job training. This course is suitable for both face-to-face training and synchronous e-learning. At the end of the training, learner is able to: Describe the components of an On-the-Job Training blueprint. Develop an On-the-Job Training blueprint to facilitate workplace learning. Apply the Singapore skills framework in OJT blueprint development. Prepare and conduct a workplace learning programme.

Course (Face to Face)
Coaching for the Workplace
This course will help learners develop the skills and knowledge to be an effective coach for workplace learning. Learners will learn to identify areas for coaching, as well as how to employ effective communication techniques and provide effective feedback to help others improve performance. This course is suitable for both face-to-face training and synchronous e-learning. At the end of the training, the learner is able to: Understand the objectives of workplace coaching. Understand the role of the coach and coachee. Develop a coaching plan. Conduct workplace coaching using appropriate coaching methods, communication and feedback techniques. Manage challenges in coaching.

Assessing and Reviewing Workplace Learning
This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to understand the role and purpose of assessment, design and conduct assessments, and evaluate workplace learning programmes. This course is suitable for both face-to-face training and synchronous e-learning. At the end of the training, learner is able to: Explain the role and purpose of competency-based assessment. Design assessment for structured workplace learning programmes. Conduct assessments for structured workplace learning programmes. Evaluate and review structured workplace learning programmes.
