Course Duration

• Classroom: 14.5 hrs (1.5 days)
• Assessment: 1.5 hrs (0.5 day)

Course Objectives

This course was designed to nourish Outward Mindset in the role as a frontline professional, be it in the security profession, transport, courier/delivery, nursing, retail, customer service, etc., three areas are equally important:

• Being agile and adaptable to changes in roles, responsibilities, work practices and technology adoption,
• To flexibly exercise appropriate behaviors or approaches to respond to situations in a dynamic and disruptive world and
• To guard our mental health and ensure our behavior and approach affect and influence ourselves, our colleagues and the public positively.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Entry Requirements Learners must;

• Be able to read, write and speak English at WPL Level 4
• Be able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4
• Be able to act in a professional manner
• Be able to observe confidently
• Be vigilant at all times

Nationality

Singapore Citizens, Malaysian Citizens who are Singapore Permanent, holders of Work Permits or Employment Passes.

Age

The minimum entry age for learners shall be 18 years old at the time of application and the maximum age shall be 70 years old.

Physical and Medical Requirement

Learners must have certified by a medical doctor to be physically fit for work.

Education Qualifications

The minimum entry educational qualification for learners shall be 3 GCE ‘N” Level credits, 3 SPM Credits, NITEC or their equivalent. Process of Application The learners shall be responsible for verifying the authenticity of all the documents supporting the application.

For skillsfuture course, you are required to achieve at least 75% attendance and attained competent for the assessment to be awarded an e-Statement Of Attainment by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) available for download in your Skills Passport.
