1. Please make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
2. Type your organisation name into the field. An autofill button list should appear below the tab. If it does not, it means that your device did not manage to download the organisation list. Please press the refresh and try again.
3. If all is right with the previous methods your organisation code should appear and you can click it. *If your organisation name does not appear in the autofill, please send an email to lmssupport@asknlearn.com to get your organisation name registered into the app.

Please uninstall your application from your device and download the app from the app store again.

For blog function to work, you have to be on iOS5.0 and above. Please update your OS version and try again.
