1. The e-Learning course is accessible or available only to Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account holder. To become a Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account holder, an application must be submitted to Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd in the form and manner specified by Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd, accompanied by full payment of registration fees and all supporting information and documentation required by Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd.
2. Software and intellectual properties belong to Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd and Learnaholic Pte Ltd and should not be used for any other purposes.
3. All information and documents you provide to Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd are true, accurate and completed to the best of your knowledge, you have not wilfully suppressed any material facts. You acknowledge and agree that any misrepresentation or omission of information will be grounds for the termination of any e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account registered in your name.
4. Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without advance notice and liability to any person, to reject any application for registration of Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account if participants do not meet the stated criteria for this pilot trial.
5. Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd will not entertain any requests for refund of fees paid to Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd at any circumstances.
6. Application for bizSAFE Level 1 recognition will not be accepted by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council if the submission of Certification does not bear the name of the CEO/Top Management of the company.
7. You are solely responsible for the proper use of your e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account, the confidentiality of your e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account access information and for all transactions and other activities conducted via your e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account, including all applications submitted and payments transacted.
8. You shall not share your e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account with or assign or transfer it or any right under it to a third party. You shall not sub-contract or delegate any duty or obligation in respect of your e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1 account.
9. Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd will use third party services to verify identity, secure and protect your credit card information and assist your payment of any fees, charges, fines or dues payable to Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd via e-Learning bizSAFE Level 1, whether for the Services or otherwise. Any reference in the Contract to the Services shall include such third party services.
10. Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd reserves the right to shut down the e-Learning System from time to time for any duration for the purposes including upgrading, maintenance, investigation or policy review. Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible to the participants for any loss of information due to the shut down or denial of access.
11. This entire agreement between Ascendo Academy Pte Ltd and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and cancels in all respects all previous communications, agreements and undertakings between the parties, whether written or oral.
