This course aims to equips the healthcare support worker with the skills and knowledge of assisting clients with and without the use of mobility aids.

Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants should be able to:

1. Identify common types of mobility aids.
2. Explain the safety precaution while assisting client with mobility aids.
3. Demonstrate the correct way of assisting client with mobility aids during ambulation.
4. Demonstrate the correct way of assisting client without the use of mobility aids during ambulation.
