Community Care Learning Management System (CCLMS) aims to be the one-stop learning portal for the community care sector via the AIC Learning Network. It is purposed to build core skills and niche/emerging/strategic capabilities through various course offerings of different domains by appointed Learning Institutes and approved training proiders. It hosts contents, learner sign-ups, e-learning and reports so as to build a robust learning ecosystem for the sector. The management of the LMS accounts are de-centralised to the respective Community Care Organisations (CCOs). Hence each CCO is required to appoint 1 to 2 LMS Administrators to perform this important role. This course is designed to equip appointed CCO LMS Administrators with the knowledge and the tools to be a linchpin for your organisation to facilitate the staff's training and contributing towards the staff's development as an end goal.

The project team has conducted several training sessions (4 hrs) during the mass on-boarding phase. From time-to-time, new training sessions will be organised for newly appointed LMS Administrators. In the meantime, this video-based training serves as a useful resource for new and existing LMS Administrators to pick up the essential information to better manage the LMS at your CCO's end.
