This programme is customized for the target learners to evaluate the transfer of learning of their staff who attended the “Introduction to Community Connector” baseline course. The programme equips learners with knowledge and skills to monitor the performance of their staff and make sound judgement of how well the staff apply their learning on the job.
Course Objectives
- Describe the general assessment process, principles of assessment and the rules of evidence collection
- Familiarize with the context and objectives of the Baseline* course
- Collect adequate evidence using the prescribed assessment method and tools
- Record unbiased assessment outcomes according to evaluation checklist
- Provide feedback to Supervisee in constructive manner
- Make sound assessment judgment
- Report evaluation outcomes to stakeholders

Prof Lee Kheng Hock (DCEO, Education and Community Partnerships, SingHealth Community Hospitals)
Prof Lee is concurrently serving as the DCEO (Education and Community Partnerships) in SingHealth Community Hospitals, Associate Professor in DUKE-NUS Graduate Medical School and Family Physician in Singapore General Hospital. He is also the Vice President of the College of Family Physicians presently. He holds Master of Medical Degree in Family Medicine, Diploma in Practical Dermatology (UK), and also obtained Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE).
