The objective of the course is to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to recognise the cause of work stress, its effect, and coping strategies to support self-care. Learners will further explore the effects of work Stress on the Emotional, Mental, Health, Physical, Behavioural aspects of their life and of course not to miss on the effects of stress on work organisation. Learners will be able to pick up pointers to recognise the importance of self-care and learn how to identify ways to emotionally detach themselves from work after office hours to support self-care and work-life balance.
