Course Objectives

At the end of the course, participants should be able to:

  2. Gain an awareness of your current culture in your organization
  3. List desired behaviors for new culture in your organization
  4. Link desired behaviors with Mission and Core Values of Organization
  5. Start Right with correct people through recruitment
  6. Know the recruitment process on how to select the person that fits your organization
  7. Learn the importance of onboarding to creating the desired culture
  8. Learn key steps for a successful onboarding program
  9. Learn what are the key critical variables to create and lead a strong organization
  10. Create a tentative action plan to kick start the culture building process
