Introduction

The AIC IGNITE Programme (Module 1 & 2) is a unique e-learning programme customised for new managers and leaders in the Community Care sector, as well as for those who wish to gain a better understanding of the sector and the key services and support available.

Who Should Attend

This program is intended for managers and leaders in the Community Care sector, as well as those who wish to gain a better understanding and overview of Singapore’s Community Care landscape, including the various schemes, programmes, and services offered by the Ministry of Health and the Agency for Integrated Care.

Course Objectives

• Gain a better overview of the Community Care sector
• Enhance understanding of the key initiatives to develop capabilities of Community Care organisations
• Raise awareness of the different services and schemes available to support seniors

• Various Care Settings in Community (including, care sector, community hospital, centre-/ home-based care, nursing home and palliative care)

• AIC Innovates: Quality & Productivity, IT & Digitalisation

• Master Plan of Community Mental Health
• Community Care Referrals and Referral Management
• Healthy Ageing
• Ageing in Place with SGD Initiatives
