About This Course:
IMPACT Leadership Programme is a unique mid-level management leadership programme customised to the needs of emerging leaders in the Community Care sector.

There is a prevailing course fee subsidy of 90% for Singaporean/PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible community care organisations.

To qualify for the subsidy supported by AIC, participants must (i) be successfully enrolled on CCLMS by their respective CCO Admin(s), (ii) qualify for the funding (i.e., in-service SPR or foreigner under an eligible CCO’s payroll), and (iii) achieve at least 75% attendance. Otherwise, full course fees will apply.

1. Develop leadership awareness and insights into their leadership style
2. Gain influence skills to drive positive change in their organisation to formulate and implement digital strategy
3. Understand how to foster esprit de corps and build a peer support network within the sector
4. Achieve sustainable results with accountability through responsible resource management
