About This Course:
INSIGHT Leadership programme is specially designed for leaders in the Community Care sector. This unique and highly customised leadership development programme focuses on leadership issues unique to Community Care, with its special organisational culture and embeddedness inside wider society.
There is a prevailing course fee subsidy of 90% for Singaporean/PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible community care organisations.
To qualify for the subsidy supported by AIC, participants must (i) be successfully enrolled on CCLMS by their respective CCO Admin(s), (ii) qualify for the funding (i.e., in-service SPR or foreigner under an eligible CCO’s payroll), and (iii) achieve at least 75% attendance. Otherwise, full course fees will apply.

3. Gain insights into the changing and future healthcare and Community Care landscapes for better integration and collaboration
