This course equips senior staff and management in Nursing Homes with the essential knowledge and tools to identify and respond to signs of elder abuse. It focuses on building a clear reporting workflow and escalation protocol to ensure timely and appropriate action. Participants will learn when and how to escalate cases to management and relevant authorities, enabling coordinated and effective interventions to safeguard residents’ well-being.
