NEW! The system has successfully implemented enhancements on 28 Mar 2022 to improve your user experience. You can start by logging in with own Singpass and browse at the Marketplace to express your interest.

  • Learners can now access personalised dashboard, sign-up for blended courses & learn on your own with the free e-learning courses.
  • It will be faster for CCO Administrators to register staff for courses with the improved ‘Review Request’ function.
  • CCO Administrators can also update the Billing Information centrally.
